Guy Barstad

Having years of experience as General Manager for such luminary restaurants as Napa Valley’s Piatti’s and Cole’s Chop House, and then as Director of Operations for Melissa Teaff Catering, Guy Barstad’s experience and love of entertaining is simply the right mix.  He enjoys being actively involved with catering events, and sees to the party, because his philosophy is “Parties are supposed to be fun.”

He is passionate about putting together events with style and panache – nothing ordinary, but indeed extraordinary. As he mentions, “My idea of entertainment is doing something above average, something trend setting. I get bored easily, and thrive on original ideas when it comes to putting a party together.”
